Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30-days from the shipped date with original price tags attached and they must be inside their polybag. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
All Sale Items are final sale, returns and exchanges will not be applicable.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new unused merchandise with the intact original packaging. Refunds will apply to purchases inside the 30-day window. If the time window surpasses the 30 day period, no refunds will be applicable.

Return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If the reason for your return is a result of our error (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, defective merchandise, etc.), we will cover the return shipping.

Once we review your case a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you

Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn, or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.

NOTE:
Each return mailing label is uniquely assigned to a specific order number. As a means to ensure that you receive the correct refund, please do not include items from other orders in the same box.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to make an exchange, please email at customercare@laurenjames.com, quoting your order #, within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving your order, so we can issue an exchange Authorization # and a UPS return shipping label.
Please follow return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions.

Once we review your case, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you. Once we have received the original garment, we will send the exchange to the shipping address you’ve provided.

How long does shipping take?

All orders under $75 are charged $8 for domestic shipping. Order fulfillment typically takes 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-7 days for standard ground shipping. If an expedited option is chosen please default to those guaranteed delivery times. In the event of a sale, shipping times may be delayed 1-2 weeks. Please be patient as volume does increase significantly delaying fulfillment times. We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. We appreciate your support and generosity during these times.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a notification email upon shipment with a link to track your package. Please reach out to the specific postal service for more information once your package has been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately we do not at this time.

Can you combine discount codes?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined. Discount codes can also not be used on Sale Items. Sweet Rewards points and discount codes are not eligible for sale items.

What do I do if I need to change my shipping address?

Please contact our customer service team by email at info@laurenjames.com and someone will be able to assist you. If your product has already been processed and shipped, Lauren James will not be able to change your shipping address and takes no responsibility for the shipped products. Please take a moment to double check your shipping address upon checking out.  

Can I combine my orders & or swap items?

Orders cannot be edited after the order has been placed. We are not able to combine orders or shipping charges for multiple orders due to heavy volume. We appreciate your support and patience.

Where do you make your clothing?

We primarily make our apparel in El Salvador, and use USA grown cotton fibers and fabrics. Our main focus is to source a quality product made by people treated fairly in favorable and sustainable working conditions.
