What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
All Sale items are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for returns and exchanges. If final-sale items are shipped back, they will be relinquished and donated to a charitable cause. All Face Masks are final sale. Lauren James is not responsible for incorrect address inputs.
How long does shipping take?
Orders processed here will take 5-7 business. Please allow 7-10 days for standard ground shipping. If an expedited option is chosen please default to those guaranteed delivery times. In the event of a sale shipping times may be delayed 2-4 weeks. Please be patient as volume does increase significantly delaying shipment times. We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. We appreciate your support and generosity during these times. Shipping times may vary due to COVID-19. Thanks!
How can I track my order?
You will receive a notification email upon shipment with a link to track your package. Please reach out to the specific postal service for more information once your package has been shipped.

Where do you make your clothing?
We make our apparel all over the world, and quite a bit is made right here in the USA. Our main focus is to source a quality product made by people treated fairly in favorable and sustainable working conditions.
Can you combine discount codes?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined. Discount codes can also not be used on Sale Items. Sweet Rewards points and discount codes are not eligible for sale items.
What do I do if I need to change my shipping address?
Please contact our customer service team by email at email@example.com and someone will be able to assist you. If your product has already been processed and shipped, Lauren James will not be able to change your shipping address and takes no responsibility for the shipped products. Please take a moment to double check your shipping address upon checking out.
Can I combine my orders & or swap items?
Orders cannot be edited after the order has been placed. We are not able to combine orders or shipping charges for multiple orders due to heavy volume. We appreciate your support and patience.
